By using AllSaferAI OÜ's website and services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. Services
AllSaferAI OÜ provides digital solutions including web development, mobile applications, AI integrations, branding and related consulting. Scope and deliverables are set out in individual agreements.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for providing accurate information, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, code and materials on this website are the property of AllSaferAI OÜ unless stated otherwise. Do not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
AllSaferAI OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, with or without cause, on reasonable notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts.
