This policy is issued by AllSaferAI OÜ (registry code 17591726), Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, Tallinn 10115, Estonia. Contact: sarwar@allsaferai.com.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by AllSaferAI OÜ, a company registered in Estonia under registry code 17591726, with its registered office at Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, Tallinn 10115, Estonia. For the cookies described here, AllSaferAI OÜ is the data controller.

Questions about this policy, or about the personal data we process through cookies, go to sarwar@allsaferai.com.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to store on your device. This policy uses “cookies” as shorthand for cookies and for the similar technologies that read from or write to your device in the same way — browser local storage, pixels, and software development kits embedded in a page.

They are used to keep a site working across page loads (remembering your language, for example), to count and understand visits, and to measure advertising. A cookie set by this domain is a first-party cookie; one set by a service we embed, such as Google or Meta, is a third-party cookie and is also readable by that service.

3. Legal basis, and what we do before you choose

Necessary cookies are stored on the basis of Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) as transposed into Estonian law: they are strictly necessary to deliver the service you asked for, so they do not require your consent. Where they involve personal data, our legal basis under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, working website.

Analytics and marketing cookies are stored only with your consent, under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive and Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. In practice this means:

  • Before you make a choice, no analytics or marketing script is loaded and no analytics or marketing cookie is set.
  • Consent is given by an affirmative act — clicking “Accept all”, or turning a category on and saving it. Nothing is pre-ticked, and closing the banner or the settings dialog is not consent.
  • Refusing is one click, in the same place and with the same prominence as accepting.
  • Each category is separate: you can allow analytics and refuse marketing, or the other way round.
  • Your choice is kept for six months. After that, and whenever the categories or vendors change, we ask again.

4. Necessary cookies

These keep the site working and cannot be switched off. They are all first-party, they are not shared with anyone, and none of them is used to profile you or to advertise.

5. Analytics cookies

We record anonymous page visits (page address, language, country, device type). No cookies are used for this and no personal data is stored.

Separately, and only with your consent, we use cookie-based analytics to understand which pages are read, how visitors move through the site, and where it is slow or broken. We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited. Nothing in this table is loaded or set until you switch Analytics on.

Google Consent Mode v2 is implemented on this site. Google’s tags start in a fully denied state (analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization all set to denied) and are only updated to granted for the categories you allow.

6. Marketing cookies

Used to measure the advertising we run on social platforms and to show you advertisements that are relevant to you. Nothing in this table is loaded or set until you switch Marketing on.

Each provider is only present on a page if we have configured it for this website; where a provider is not configured, its script is not included at all. Once loaded, these providers act as independent or joint controllers for the data they receive, under their own privacy notices.

7. How to change or withdraw your consent

You can change your mind at any time, and withdrawing is as easy as giving consent. Open the cookie settings, move the switches, and save — the page reloads so that anything you have turned off stops running immediately, and we clear the cookies we can reach.

The same link sits in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of anything done while your consent was in force.

You can also control cookies in your browser: block them, delete them, or ask to be warned before one is set. Blocking necessary cookies will break parts of the site. If you clear your browser storage you also clear the record of your choice, so the banner will appear again.

8. International transfers

If you allow analytics or marketing cookies, the providers named above may process the resulting data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States.

  • Where the provider is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, transfers to it in the United States rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision of 10 July 2023.
  • Otherwise, transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914), together with the supplementary technical and organisational measures the provider documents.
  • We do not transfer cookie data to any provider on our own initiative before you have consented to the category that provider sits in.

You can ask us for the safeguards that apply to a specific provider by writing to sarwar@allsaferai.com.

9. Your rights, and how to complain

Where cookies involve your personal data, the GDPR gives you the right to:

  • access the data we hold about you, and receive a copy of it;
  • have inaccurate data corrected, and have data erased;
  • restrict or object to processing, including profiling for direct marketing;
  • receive data you provided in a portable, machine-readable format; and
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.

To exercise any of these, email sarwar@allsaferai.com. See also our Privacy Policy.

If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate, our lead supervisory authority:

Andmekaitse Inspektsioon
Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn, Estonia
info@aki.ee

You may also complain to the supervisory authority of the EU member state where you live or work.

10. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the cookies we use change. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version.

When a change adds a category or a provider, the stored version of your consent no longer matches the current one, so the banner reappears and we ask for your choice again rather than carrying the old one forward.
