Support and Maintenance in Erbil, Iraq

Software does not stay finished. We keep websites, stores and applications updated, patched and monitored, with a named contact who replies within 24 hours, including for systems we did not build.

What a maintenance plan covers

Dependency and platform updates, security patching, certificate renewals, backups that are actually verified, monitoring that alerts a person, and small changes as they come up. It also covers the thing people really want from support: knowing who to contact, and knowing they will answer.

We are equally explicit about what a plan does not cover. New features and redesigns are scoped and quoted like any other project. Mixing the two is how a maintenance retainer quietly turns into an unplanned rebuild nobody agreed to, and how a monthly fee stops being predictable. A plan should be the boring line on your budget.

Who it is for

Companies whose site was built by somebody who is no longer available, teams with no developer of their own, and businesses that simply do not want this to be their problem. Most of what we maintain we did not write: taking a system over is the normal case here, not the exception.

How we work

The same three steps on every project, whatever the service.

  1. Tell us what you need

A short brief or one call. No forms, no sales process.

  2. Fixed scope and quote

You get a written plan and a fixed price within 24 hours.

  3. Build, review, ship

You review at every stage. Deployed, documented and handed over.

Taking over an existing system starts with reading it. We tell you what state it is in, what needs doing first, and what the plan costs, before you commit to anything. Where the handover from a previous supplier was incomplete, recovering access to the domain, the hosting and the source code is part of that first step rather than something you chase on your own.

What's included

  • Security patching and dependency updates on a regular schedule.
  • Backups with a restore that has been tested, not assumed.
  • Uptime and error monitoring, with alerts that reach a person.
  • A named contact and a 24-hour response time.
  • Small content and copy changes as part of the plan.

How we build it

We maintain what you have rather than insisting on a rewrite. Our own work runs on Next.js, React, TypeScript, Postgres and managed cloud hosting, and those are the stacks we know best, but a plan is scoped from the system in front of us. If we are not the right people to look after something, we will say so.

Frequently asked questions

Will you maintain a site you did not build?
Yes, that is most of this work. We read the system first and tell you honestly what condition it is in, including when the honest answer is that maintaining it costs more than replacing it.
How quickly do you respond?
Within 24 hours, to a named contact. That is the commitment written into the plan rather than a target we aim at, and it applies to the first reply on anything you raise, urgent or not.
What is not included?
New features, redesigns and anything that changes what the system does. Those are scoped and quoted separately, so a maintenance plan stays a maintenance plan.
Do you work with clients outside Iraq?
Yes. Our team works from Erbil and the company is registered in Estonia. Maintenance runs remotely by nature.
Can we stop the plan?
Yes. Everything runs in accounts that are in your name, and handing over documentation is part of ending the arrangement rather than a favour afterwards.

Projects rarely stop at one service. These two come up most often alongside this one.
